Julia Campbell is a Registered Nurse with 20 years experience in creating excellent outcomes for organizations and their patients across a diverse group of care settings. Her dual background in clinical and business allows her to achieve results that positively impact patient outcomes as well as enhance the financial bottom line. She has led Quality, Patient Safety, Risk, Infection Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Clinical Data Management functions for multiple organizations. She helped create the North Texas Association of Healthcare Quality to strengthen quality and patient safety efforts across a 3 state area. She has led the Quality and Compliance functions for one of the CMS Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO) and Regional Extension Centers, improving care for all Medicare beneficiaries in 2 states. She has 20 years experience ensuring organizations were successful with  Joint Commission, CMS and State surveys. She is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and has served as the Corporate Compliance Officer for hospitals and a QIO with extensive experience in government contract and proposal compliance, development of compliance programs and monitoring, compliance with EMTALA and Privacy Regulations, and hospital governing board oversight and mitigation actions. She has also led organizations in achieving excellence awards such as Solucient Top 100 Hospitals; the Everest Award; Nursing Magnet Designation and Redesignation; Joint Commission Disease Certifications for AMI, HF, Stroke, Hip/Knee Replacement and VAD; and Society of Chest Pain Center Accreditations.
